Patient Group

Engaging the involvement of our patients is a very helpful process to ensuring our services are shaped to best meet patients’ needs.

What is a Patient Group?

  • Patients of the practice meet with staff (management and GPs) to discuss the development of the practice facilities and services.
  • Meetings are every other month and alternate between in-person and online (zoom) meetings.

What does our Patient Group do?

  • Patients of our practice meet with GPs and staff to hear about what is happening in the surgery, and discuss developments.
  • We also talk about other local NHS issues, and raise issues as necessary.
  • We are members of Citizens UK.
  • We link with two other local surgeries who work closely with ours.
  • Meetings are every other month and alternate between in-person and online (zoom) meetings.
