register_nowNew Patient Registration

We offer permanent registration to anyone living within our practice area. If you expect to be here for only a short time, we can provide temporary registration.

Please read our guidance (document link below) on registering with a GP as this also explains entitlement to hospital care (secondary care) as opposed to with us in primary case.

Guidance on registering with a GP

As it often takes sometime for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and are offered a health check with a Nurse.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
