We aim to offer patients telephone appointments in order to cut down on time spent waiting in the surgery.
(See new appointment system Dec 2013)
Please let us know if you or a child have a rash with fever, as we will try to minimise contact with other patients.
We can also book an interpreter or use telephone interpreting services.
We have full access to all consulting and treatment rooms and toilets. There is a portable induction loop available for people with hearing problems.
If you would like a chaperone for any examination, please inform reception.
The practice aims to treat patients’ medical conditions to the highest possible standard available under the NHS.

Patients with problems considered to be urgent will be seen on the same day.
